A Mission Rooted in Compassion and Connection
Our Story, Mission and Values
The Plate Of Hope began from lived experiences of its founding members Chris & Callum who found each other in the dark but bought light to each others lives and gained a strong belief that no one should face despair alone.
Our mission is to provide safe spaces where people can find hope, warmth, and trusted guidance. We value compassion, active listening, and respect, fostering community through shared experiences and honest dialogue to all not just people in crisis.
In the SouthWest, just as across the nation, Mental Health Support is at breaking point, our project is to catch those who fall through the cracks before they also get to breaking point.
We offer close connections with community mental health teams.
